Aquarelle.co.uk is a part of the Aquarelle group, founded in Paris in 1987.

Your bouquet

In our online catalogue, you will find a large choice of bouquets. You can also choose from a range of prices and we will adapt the bouquet's size and composition accordingly. Unlike other flower transmission networks, Aquarelle.co.uk controls the entire fabrication process and composes exactly the bouquet you have chosen to offer. For every order you place, you will receive an e-mail with a link to a photo of the bouquet composed especially for you, taken just before it was dispatched. Romantic, perfumed or exotic... our collection of bouquets changes with the seasons, the events which mark the year and our florists' inspirations. We're sure you'll love discovering our « Market Bouquets » of lavender, sunflowers, ranunculus, peonies or hydrangeas, cultivated and hand-picked by our own growers and selected partners and arranged in beautiful, hand-tied bunches.

The freshest flowers

According to their destination, our bouquets are delivered in water or a gel specially developed to keep the flowers fresh. In both cases, they can be set down as they are for several days.

Our bouquets Packaged in a specially adapted, waterproof box, your bouquet is transported in the best possible conditions. Our express delivery service is based on the highest quality, time-proven logistics. Any bouquet delivered more than 4 hours late will be reimbursed.

When you place an order on our web site, you provide us with your e-mail address, which we then use to follow up your order. We also use this data to send you newsletters about our products. If you do not wish to receive these newsletters from Aquarelle.co.uk, we always give you the option to delete your address from our mailing list by return mail.

5. Payment

All data transmissions relating to payment, including your credit card number and expiry date, takes place in a totally secure environment, using the latest Internet protocols. This data is not handled by Aquarelle.co.uk, but has been entrusted to a service company specialising in secure online payment and electronic payment terminals, as used in conventional offline shops.
